The public SiraajERP site is provided for information, product evaluation, and direct business inquiry. Access to public content does not automatically create an implementation agreement, subscription, or service obligation.

Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit intentionally deceptive information through forms or contact channels.

Service Discussions

Any implementation scope, deployment timeline, pricing arrangement, support obligation, or integration commitment is governed by a separate written agreement. Content on this site is informative unless explicitly incorporated into a signed commercial document.

Intellectual Property

The SiraajERP brand, website content, interface treatments, and product presentation materials remain the property of SiraajERP unless otherwise stated. Public site access does not transfer ownership rights.

Liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content at all times. Where legal terms need to go beyond this public baseline, they should be defined in the relevant commercial agreement.
